As a Northern Virginia native, I’ve had an interest in real estate for many years. After relocating from Woodbridge to Culpeper a few years ago and speaking with to various realtors and investors about the field, I knew it would be a great fit for me. My background in the cybersecurity field has honed several skills that I’ve found are also critical to addressing the many facets of real estate. Taking a levelheaded approach to solving problems is definitely a must, as are excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail. The process of buying and selling a home can be nerve-wracking, so I like to reassure my clients by explaining it in basic terms and staying focused on the immediate next steps.
